Stock Springs Information

Hey, does anybody know the length, width, and spring rates for the stock springs for a B14 SE-R? Thanx

Also, how do you read spring codes, like this: (0800.250.0340)? I know the 0800 is the height, and 0340 is the spring rate, but the middle # I have no idea. I know it's a noob question,

I'm asking these questions because I'm in the market of buying individual springs from Ground Control, and I wanna know which product will fit perfectly with my car ('98 B14).

I'm understand your two (2) questions, but your last remark makes no sense to me.

Ground Control does not make B14 chassis direct replacement springs. They make coil-over systems. Further, GC uses Eibach springs in their coilover applications.

IF they made an aftermarket direct replacement spring for our vehicle, you would just ask for it, and it would already be pre-engineered.

You should read the following thread before you do anything to your suspension.
