big brakes?

i already have the AD22 brakes on my B14; however, I am not satisfied with them. My question is, does the wilwood 11" upgrade make a world of difference? I'd like to get in on that groupbuy, can anyone give me some info?
Thanks!

Bigger brakes can't hurt, unless your wheels won't fit. I've been informed that the stockies are fine, if you use good pads and Braided lines. I would only go bigger rotors and calipers on a track car.

what pads are you using with your AD22's? I track my car with AD22's, but with Carbotech pads and it stops amazing.

I think wilwood kits are only beneficial on the track.

Thanks for the input guys.
I have metal matrix pads, goodridge steel lines, motul brake fluid, direzza tires, altima mc, and new rotors. I bled the lines, both front and rear pads have at least 80% life left. My previous b14 had a 1.6. It made a day and night difference and the car would stop on a dime.

It's your choice of pads.

Are you sure?
Could you reccomend some pads?
I really like Hawk HP pads, but I could not find them for the AD22's?
Thanks!

Hawk does not make pads for AD22's.

Some good high performance street pads are Axxis Ultimates. Carbotech Panther Plus pads are good aswell.

The 91-93 Eclipse Turbo brake pads fit the AD22's perfectly.

My buddy with a donut shop can hook you up. He goes through a deep frying process that gives the pistons a crispy crust , then he either coats them with a low friction glaze, or a lubricatn absorbing powerder. Mmmmmmmmmmm... Pistons

Yeah, I dailyed their XP10 pads. I absolutley loved them eventhough they're noisy and produce alot of dust. Although, I used up the pad and currently running ultimates.

i installed the hawk hp's yesterday...good stuff
they did fit directly, however, I did need to block sand a few milimeters off the pad because it was much thicker.
thanks guys!
