basically, the 200sx was too wild and awesome from the factory. So nissan decided to take the awesomeness out of the great suspension design. they put a 1/4" toe-in on the rear axle to make the car more pron to understeer. this was better for noob drivers who sucked at life and couldnt balance steering or throttle control. the beam bending, when done properly will put the toe to 0* making the car more neutral.
sorry for the lack of punctuation and what not, its hard to type on this laptop.

^^^ Exactly. I actually don't mind the understeer on a DD. I guess I'm a novice driver. LOL

I like the fact that no matter how I try I can't get the rear to step out and rotate. Guess I just feel safer when I hit an overpass doing 60+ mph knowing that I'm not gonna spin out if I push it to much, but for auto-cross it's a must.

ok so I got my car back, exhaust is done..its nice a quiet until I jump on the gas and then it makes a very lovely noise...
Its too dark to take pics tonight but ill do that tomorrow, what i really wanted to post about is I took my car to firestone to get a computer alignment, 139 bucks for lifetime alignments. That is a pretty good deal, thing is though when I got my car back, after driving for maybe 20 mins, I noticed a clunking sound coming from the driverside tire. I have heard that sound before and it scared the sh*t out of me, it was loose lugs. The sons of bitches completely forgot to retorque after they had put the car back on the ground. So basically I had left my tire iron at my house and was driving with the wheel about ready to fall off. I stop at kmart after driving very carefully for about 4 miles, I get a tire iron and go torque down all 4 wheels. The front driver side lugs were practically falling off the last thread. So tomorrow im going to call those bastards and give them a piece of my mind. Ill also get some pics up of the car, now lowered.

yup, used a 2.5" ssac clone + twin loop + 2.5 mandrel + 27" magnaflo = teh sex! ill take vids today I had Tony chop off the disgusting tip and weld on a 2.5" downturn which i painted black, so its really sleeper style. Its lost its grunt from down low do to the massive piping, however, up top it really puts down some power.

You shouldnt really lose any low end with a 2.5" or even a 3" exhaust, I bet it's from the 2.5" header collector. I would love to see some videos. How was the fitment with that muffler, we don't have much room under there to work with.

Dude you cant even see it, Tony Fisher @ Ken Fisher repair is a freakin magician with exhaust systems. Both the magnaflo and the twin loop fit nicely and you wouldnt even know the car is modified until I jump on the gas. There is about 2-3 inches of ground clearance with the huge magnaflo. Tony had to remove some of the old heat shield to get it to fit properly. There is about 2 inches of clearance from the underbody and the magnaflo. the twinloop has about 1 inch of clearance from the underbody. Its a great setup, I just wish I didnt have this clicking sound coming from the motor whenever I rev it so I could enjoy the clean exhaust sound, but I heard that is normal.

well here are some very unflattering photos i shot about 20 mins ago....the exhaust kinda has rattle on the camera, but in person it doesnt. I think thats just distortion...the hood is open in that one photo of the wheel..anyways yea. Ill take better ones on the weekend. You can see the camber plate on the shock tower, I havent installed my Cusco bar or my octotat bars yet...just kinda lazy about it. You can see all the boxes from my shopping spree for car parts inside.

The last owner never cleaned this car...

I only revved to about 5k since my neighbors would get pissed.
