Progress suspension bar setup

So umm yea...I bought a Progress front suspention bar for my 200sx. So I pull this awsome thing out of the box and thinking to myself this should be easy to put together. I was wrong the directions sucked so bad, This is why I am asking this these questions to you guys, first I notices 3 different holes on each side of the bar, which way makes the bar stiffer? Also how does the car react with each different setting? Also what do I torque the end links too because the last fricking thing I wanna see ... at 100mph is the fricking endlinks fricking flying off MY CAR!!! Help me guys!

The furthest end is the softest and the closer to the inside is the stiffest. It will handle differently depending on what other suspension parts you have. For front wheel drive i would recommend getting at least a rear sway bar to help stiffen the rear up and help it over steer more. As far as torque specs you don't have to tighten it to a specific number i never do you just need to make sure to put a good amount of force on it so it is good and tight those bolts can take quite a bit. One thing to keep in mind anytime you are working with sway bars is make sure that both wheels are unloaded and off the ground when you are loosening everything.

No problem i hope that helped. If i were you i would start on the softest or the middle and see how the car rotates if you feel you need the rear to swing more I would stiffen it up some. Just be careful with pushing it too hard until you know how the car handles or else you might have a fight with a curb.

LOL I hear you man....... I hear you. I want to try to get the car to neutral steer like a 4wd around a corner at full throttle. Can't wait to start playing with this thing.

Actually stiffening up the front bar will not increase over steer, if all else in the suspension is sorted it will reduce over steer.

The directions are not that bad. They should have a blow up diagram that shows you how the endlinks go together and there is a picture that shows and tells you what setting is the softest. I had a moderately easy time installing the front bar......
