B13 suspension question

I have Eibach springs (pro kit?) and KYB GR2's on my 91 SE-R and was wondering if it would be better to mount the struts above the stock location as opposed to cutting the struts. Is there a not so expensive solution for this? The car rides and handles awesome but I wonder if it would benefit from this

moving the top of the strut rod above the top of the strut tower instead of below it. I think I had seen it done with a camber plate or something. Does that help?

Ground Control camber plates do that, but not using stock size springs. Don't waste your time on trying.

lol. ive seen on EF civic hatch's, people will cut the top of the strut tower, and weld in a new section. its kind of like doing a body drop with a unibody if that makes sense.

ill try to find a picture

I think I might have lost you guys I was trying to ask if there's a cheaper solution to get more strut travel than using GC camber plates.
