stock suspension removal ?

Hey guys,

I want to know if can you remove the stock suspension from the front and rear, as a whole unit without decompressing the springs or taking it apart. I did search the forum, but didnt really find an anwser. I would like to do this because im putting that stock suspension on another b-13, and would like to do an easy swap, one car to the other. Whatever info you guys have would be great.

Thanks

Yes, it's an easy swap. You can remove each strut and spring as a single unit.

strut and springs will come out together. nothings gonna explode and hurt you. it stays compressed unless you take the top hat off, seperating the spring and strut. then you would need a compresser ie. replacing the springs. just unbolt the shock strut combo from top and bottom, then switch to new car. leave top hat on.
