ok like the title says i got this funks a$$ noise comin from the rear but only when hit a bump or watever and its only comin from the pass side and it sounds like it something scraping on the wheel well but im not to sure...anyone have this kind of problem ever????need all the input i can get

I've been in a similar situation, this may not be your problem, but i like to think all imput helps.

In my situation, I also had a strange sound that occured when I went over bumps, but also when i would make turns. One day i took a hard turn and the noise wouldn't go away. Turns out, the wheel well plastic had come loose and was rubbing the tire, and each turn or bump made it come looser. Finally, the darn thing fell off - well, clung to my tire and I had to pull it out from the wheel well and out from under the tire.

If that's not it, try explaining the noise as best you can, and maybe we can get a better idea of what may be the problem.

i have the same kind of thing going on with my nx2000, but its more like a squeaking noise when i hit a bump, but then it got more and more continuous and now its constant. i checked the rear struts and they are fine. the sound is also coming from the back pass. side. took apart the whole back seat, tried to look inside the body where is sounds like it is coming from. i thought it might be the struts squeaking but when i bounce the car i cant hear it, its only when you a driving.
