Just a couple of questions about wheel studs and spacers

I recently bought the fast brakes 11 inch kit for my b14. They clear my rotas fine but I want to put my factory wheels on when winter comes around. I was looking into getting the ARP-100-7702 wheel studs because I hear that they fit our cars. I know that the hub has to be taken apart to press in the extended studs will I have to buy new wheel bearings or will I be able to reuse the ones I have on the car? Also I was thinking of going with a 10mm spacer in the front and a 5mm in the rear would either of these rub with my 205/45/16's on my rotas and my 205/55/15's on my factory wheels? My car is pretty low but I have no rubbing issues right now. And if I don't rub *** the spacers how wide of a tire could I run without rubbing? I hope you guys can help me out and thanks in advance .

Heres a picture for reference on how low the car is.

I don't think you have to take the hubs of to swap the the studs . I had arp studs on my b13 and don't recall taking the hubs off ...what I did was used a stack of washers and a open ended lug nut to pull the stud in place . Now I'm pretty sure the b14 spindle's are the same that is asuming you'r not running the dust sheilds ? I just picked up the fast brakes 11.8 rotors to be used with ad22's I just hope it fits my 15x7 koning's if not I'll ave to swap over my 16'' volk ce28's off my b13 ! good luck

No press needed. I had quite the adventure with NISMO extended lugs way back when, hope your ARP studs behave better.

I have successfully used the 'draw them into the hub' technique using a lug nut and a stack of washers on a couple of cars. Its *much* easier if you have an impact wrench. You can find coupons around to get the harbor freight electric one for $40.

thats the poormans way of doin it but it works ive done it before . but if you add a 10mm spacer upfront with a 205 tire you should just have enough clearence but then you gotta watch out for fu*ked up streets u might drive on.

yup, ditto on the no need take off the hub.
if you already have not cut off the brake dust sheild, you will have to do so to fit the new wheelstuds in the hub. There is a specific tool for this, but the stack of washers work fine. That's how i did mines. I'm running 5 mm in front and 20 mm in the rears w/ no problems.
