B13 Shifting Problem...please help...!

My shifter started feeling funny when i finish racing a integra, after the race was over i slowed down and notice that my shifter wasn't sitting in place, like neutral was in 4th gear, but all my gears go in and drives fine, but every time i let go of gas, the shifter bounces, and like i said, once in neutral, the shifter looks like its in 4th gear but its not, i figure something might had came off which is why my shifter sits how it sits now....also something droped and i went back to look for it, i found a screw.....let me know if anyone could let me know what happen.....!
