My spring rate is 450 Front 340 Rear i am using the instruction manual settings of 59mm or 2.32 inches front and 47 mm or 1.85 inches rear with a damper adjusted 8 clicks from the hardest setting.

The thing is the car is riding like a bouncing ball i will like to used the car for track evens but it is my Daily car as well. any help would be of grate help

I started off with 8&8 to soft for me, now I'm at 12&12 pretty stiff and nice.

They starter at fully clockwise stop position which is the hardest setting them 8 clicks counter clockwise to the position that they are at now so if i go to 12&12 i think that will be a softer setting or do i have this wrong
thanks
