Frame Damage?

hey Guys!

So today I was ready to install my new suspension setup, but my friend accidentally raised the car on the frame rail, causing it to deform a little bit (stupid friends ) I wanna know if the damage is bad enough to visit a frame shop. Here are pictures:

No dude, it's fine. Avoid lifting at these points; some shops have even done this to my car. It will be fine.
