Coilover in b13

I want to know if someone have coilovers in their b13. I want a know if a coilover can fit in a monroe shock absorber. I want to rise my car in the back and consider to put coilovers or is better to stay with springs. If you have difference between coilovers and springs and who is better.
Thank you very much. Is gone be helpful.

My buddy with a donut shop can hook you up. He goes through a deep frying process that gives the pistons a crispy crust , then he either coats them with a low friction glaze, or a lubricatn absorbing powerder. Mmmmmmmmmmm... Pistons

coilovers will fit on that strut but u will need to remove the metal o ring spacer thing right at the top of the strut where the piston comes out it will just pop right off with a screw dirver
