Above is a link that will answer all of your questions. It is a lot of info but you can easily pick through what you need as it is organized very well.

Its also a matter of opinion when it comes to suspension. There are some obvious do's and don'ts with our cars (B14's), which are in the link, but it also depends on how stiff of a ride you want. That will dictate a lot on which setup you want to use. I like my car very stiff, it is a daily driver and it doesn't bother me. Some people prefer a not so stiff ride for their daily drivers. Here is my setup to give you an idea.

Stillen Front Strut Bar
BIB Rear Strut Bar
ST Front Sway Bar
Progress Rear Sway Bar
B13 Front KYB AGX's
B14 Rear KYB AGX's
Motivational Rear Mounts
Koni Bumpstops
Ground Control Coilovers 350F/300R
ES Steering Rack Bushings

I plan on making it stiffer with ES Bushings all the way around including motor mounts. Eventually I need to get my rear beam bent as that is a big upgrade. For you vets out there I know I should have done it first but I live on the east coast so beam bending parties are hard to come by.

They are struts or dampers, not shocks.

Rs*R springs suck. Badly. Sell them or launch them into the nearest dumpster.

First...read The Suspension Thread as posted above.

Second...buy Hyperco springs.

And buy them while you can.

If you had actually read The Suspension Thread, you would know this:

There is NO good strut to use with the Eibach Sportline springs for the B14. The springs suck donkey balls, were NOT designed properly, were NOT ever tested by Eibach on our actual vehicles, and leave you with 1.1-inches of suspension travel. Brilliant.

Why do you keep second-guessing The Suspension Thread? Have you actually read it? Every single one of your questions is already answered, in full, in The Suspension Thread. Answered by EXPERTS who really know and understand our suspensions.
