b13 with gti-r suspension q

I have searched and understand this is possible (with the RNN14 units), I can only run 14's in the rear, and I need to extend the rear anti sway bar to make it work (1 inch I believe). The question is about the ride height. I have the opportunity to get agx's with springs for pretty cheep but don't want to be monster truckin it. One person stated their ride was higher than stock and another stated it settled out 1" lower than stock. Can somebody definitively tell me which it is and also does it change the 3" shock travel or does that stay the same (more importantly would I be able to use lowering springs with them)? Thanks in advance!
