a few b13's came like that from the factory. Go check it out at the dealer. It was the base 'E' model i think. i have for sure seen them in the Nissan FAST program. I dont have my FAST cd anymore so someone else will have to chime in with a part #. You can only get the mirror delete plate for the pass side!
