Brake systems conversions and equivalency questions

I have 96 b14 gxe. I want to upgrade the brakes to the ad22 set up and rear SE-R discs, but I understand there are other part of the brake system that need to be changed as well. I have utilized the search tool and haven't found solid info that indicates all of what needs to be changed on a gxe sentra braking system.

I currently have:

SE-R m/c
SE-R proportioning valve
SE-R rear beam with rear calipers and discs
AD22 brake setup with rotors
SS brake lines

Now my main question is, "what's left?" I feel that the brake booster may be the same as the SE-R but I would rather want to do this project only once. This car is non-ABS. I plan to change to maxima rear calipers later on, so any recommended changes to the setup i have would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

Why? The car is so nose heavy, the rear brakes are next to useless. My '94 has 80k miles on it including nine track events and the rear pads are original. They're slighty more than half-worn. Front brakes are where it's at with a Sentra.
