B13 GC w/ AGX question

Just finished installing this and I had to crank the fronts all the way down to get it even with the rear (about 1" lower than stock). Is that normal? Perhaps the front springs are longer than the rears (doesn't make much sense to me)?

The spring rates are 250/200 I believe. I have the stock mounts in the front and rear with the cone shaped upper spring perches for the gc's. The rear mounts are chopped up to not include the upper spring perch. The front mounts are unmolested.

Just measured the springs and they are 6.5" all around so that's not the cause...anybody have any ideas?

Do you have pictures of the suspension put together, off the car?

Did not take any but they looked exactly like the ones in sean b's suspension thread. I could get pics of them on the car if you think it would help.

If you are going be the wheel arches, then the rears will look lower than the front. You need to measure off the rocker panels.

Really? Perhaps that is what is going on then because the rear has a 2 finger gap and the front has like a 2 fist gap (really more like 3 or 4 fingers).

Yeah, it is a known issue when lowering an NX. Here (the Netherlands) we use a 60/40 mm (front/rear) spring combination to get the car level.

Here is how it looks now...the ground was pretty level so the front and rear gap is pretty much how the car always sits:
