so i just got a pay raise from my job and i finally got enough money to really start upgrading things on the car, and i want to know where is a good place to find coilovers, i found some on andys auto sport. com but they r for a sentra b13, they should fit my nx2000 right they are both b13 chassis if im not mistaken, and im not even lookin on ebay, i heard the ones from there are like using crap for brake pads.
If you want cost effective-then for the price- PROVEN TRIED AND TRUE- the classic Ground Control Coilovers/ KYB AGX set up is the way to go if your not looking for an expensive coilover setup. It can be done for approx 800.00 if you shop around- i did it on my 94 B13 and other members im sure have done it for less than a 1,000 as well. However if you do want to step up to a total coilover setup-Progress or Tein for full coilovers is total Quality. Hope this helps!
will the agx's for a sentra fit my nx i cant find them for my car, i found the ground control coilover sleeves i figure i can use those with the sentra kyb agx's if the fit, they also got kyb g2s that are a little cheaper *** do you think
Yes they fit, but use caution, the GR2s work, but their lifespan may be shortened and they may not be an optimal combination.
I use that combo (GC+GR2) , but I drive my car like 8 times a year in rallycrosses, where I needed a "disposable" setup to experiment with, and I use lower rate springs.
nice thank you i think i will use the agx's i want something that will last, just because i got a raise dont mean i need to be buying a bunch of different suspensions
