Cutting your springs is worse, but egay springs are not much better.I know *** i bought an NX with cut springs and then installed megan racing springs and it still rides like sh*t.I know i need new struts....but damn!Just pay more money for some good springs like i'm gonna do when i can afford it.Two inch drop springs are two low, i'm going for 1 1/2".

no body makes springs that only lower that much

suspension isnt cheap hommie but a cheaper but still good set up is the eibach sportlines ( Front w/1.9 in. Drop And Rear w/1.9 in. Drop) w/ KYB gr2's you could always buy the struts now and the springs later...or visversa not a hard job to do 30 mins per strut My car came with the sportlines already and I just bought the gr2's, had them on my old se-r and did a great job no wheel hop and minimal bog between shifts. Springs will run you somewhere around 200$-220$ on ebay (all 4) and the struts should be $100-$120 on ebay (only struts no shocks) but its a good set up

Trust guys suspension is the last place you want to low ball, save up and get agx's and road magnets. Very good ride, have them on my b13, had sport lines with oem shocks before that.

What does it say about your stock suspension travel?

Incorrect. Perhaps you should re-read the thread?

Stay stock. There is no performance suspension you can buy with your current budget.

Nothing like 1.1" of suspension travel. That must be wonderful.

Further, what does "bog between shifts" have to do with your springs or struts?

well i just put in my APX pos ebay struts

damn i thought my car was gonna fall apart....

and i thoguht i just wasted 150 bucks

but these things are DAMN good for the price. i put the stock springs over them, and they all fit perfectly. the car rides so much better. its not as stiff as kyb gr2s, i have those on my vr4, but its definetly oem comparable. the car doesnt jump anymore

to anyone interested in decent struts cheaper than autozone or advance, apx struts off ebay are not that badd......

"Further, what does "bog between shifts" have to do with your springs or struts"
Sorry I was taking about how with the stock suspension the wieght shifts to the rear end it bogs the car down between shifts so if you have more displacement between shifts then you tires in the front are more likely to stick better, thats all I was meaning.
