Aftermarket steering wheel hub problem

I recently bought a steering wheel and momo hub for 100 dollars. I was told the hub would work for my car with a little modification to the hub. Well today i took of the stock wheel, and then i immediately became puzzled at how it would work, the seller told me that if i shaved off about a quarter inch off of the outer lip of the hub it would work. Im not downing him because he had never installed it, just explaining why i have the hub. If i was to just bolt it up there would be some serious metal to plastic contact, which cant be correct. I believe the hub it self is suppose to go on s13 and a few other cars.

Here are a few pics of what im working with:

^with out the hub

^with the hub on

^the outer lip that is suppose to be shaved down

^back of the hub

Any help is very much appreciated!

EDIT: The car is a 93 ser with airbags, at least it use to.

GregV has the correct HKB hub for B13 for sale.
With a 10mm spacer added between the hub and the wheel, it's a perfect fit. (Only if you have fat fingers )
Same set-up as featured on Per's SE-R on GRM.

Contact him if you need one.

I found a 25mm spacer a good fit, puts it in almost the same location as the Nissport Hub that I had
