Progress spring rates. Please help me out

I'll be ordering progress coilovers soon, and I was told the rates are 450 in front and 400 in back. Correct me if I'm wrong but that would be a little too hard for daily driving yes?

Would it be better to try, and get some custom rates like 400/350? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did do some searching too so please if you can answer my question don't direct me to a search lol.

Those are one-off spring rates that they sell for se-r guys that solely track there cars.

The standard progress coilovers come with a 350F/250R spring rates IIRC.

As far as I know, they wont be making more coilovers unless they get 10 orders, so good luck.

I talked to progress, and thye said they would make some, and it would take 2 months. BTW I got them for $999!

Also I'm not familiar with suspension stuff, so will I need camber plates even if I dont plan on slamming it?
