92 SE-R heater/ac problem

I searched on the forums, and people says its the Blower motor or blower resistor. My blower motor and resistor should be fine, but the weird thing is, the previous owner cut the power wire (the blower motor plug, blue wire w/ red stripe) and the other wire (blue wire with white stripe) is still grounded to the chassis.

So my question is, there another wire I can hijack the power from? or any other options i can do to get my heater/ac up and running again

I think thats the problem most likely.

Oh yeah my heater/ac doesnt work at all on any of the 4 speed settings

without having the FSM in front of me i could tell you NONE of the wires @ the Blower should be connected to Ground!!! I would get the wiring diagram & find out whats wrong AFTER reconnecting the blower wires the way they should be! Sounds like they had a problem and tried to make the blower work without fixing the Actual problem,Good luck
