B13 Tein SS

Hey guys,

I know some of you are rocking the SS's on your classic, and I was wondering how you like them and where you got them. Ive been looking around, but no luck so far. Also how much did you pay?

TIA

I got a set from Andy at hpautoworks.com, I think they were $1175.00. I'll install them when it warms up. I'm impressed with the quality.I like the option of being able to order different rate spring sets and that the dampers are adjustable while on the car.

fun as hell to drive, paid $700 from yeedle w/ 10Kmi on them. had also 2 sets of springs, currently set on 8kg/6kg front set at 14/ rear set at 10

would like some more adjustability with height like JIC, D2/KSport.

so far so good on highway, but over really rhythm bumps she hops like crazy.
90% of the time very controlled ride

I ordered the 6/kg front and 4/kg rear. it sounds like the 7/kg front 5/kg rear is a good compromise. Maybe I'll order a set of those before I install them. Anyone know where to get the best price on springs?

My maxima has 10kg/8kg on JICs and set at F 18/R 17 so the ride on my sentra is not that bad compared to my maxima.

Gentlemen, keep in mind that the stock springs that come with the Tiens are pretty damn stiff.

You may consider what these guys are doing and buy springs that are closer to 300'ish front, 200'ish rear. About as stiff as most folks want on the street.

I mention this issue in that thread.

I *believe* you can order them with less stiff springs from the start. Not sure on that......
