It hasn't been done, but if you have the tools and talent it can be done.
FYI - the whole 4WD issue has been discussed literally dozens of times on the forum. To the best of my knowledge, nobody has sucessfully converted either a B13 or B14 to AWD.
Got a sawzall, MIG, level, and fabricating skill? Then it can be done.

You forgot money and time. Lots of money, lots of time.
Anything can be done to a vehicle given the right resources.

True on the time factor, not necessarily on the money though. Resourceful, talented fabricators can do wonders for next to nothing.
I had a buddy back in High School who built a 351 Windsor powered Pinto, and a 4wd Eldorado on a Blazer chassis. Both were done on mostly found/free/traded parts. Another great example would be the GrassRootsMotorsports $200x challenges.

Fair enough.
And that Pinto must have been hysterical. Scary fast in a straight line.

Enoehttemi, that is about all the answer you are going to get. You've got folks answering you that would have heard about it if anyone else had already done the motor/tranny swap. It's not exactly the type of project that one would forget about.
Go for it, but you will be blazing brand new territory.
Full Race Engineering charges about $13,000 for its entry-level S14 AWD RB26DETT conversion kit. Add the GT-R drivetrain for thousands more, and a load of work, and you're there.
The only difference with the B13 is that it's less likely to fit without major modification, and you do all the engineering, guesswork, fabrication, and tuning.
