CAI question.

Hey guys I've been out of the game for about 2 years now and I was just wanting someone to point me back in the right direction. I've been off circle track racing and in the mean time my dad has aquired a 92 classic. She had a tough life and was knocking badly so we swapped a jdm in to get it back on the road. My dad wants pretty much all the bolt on's he can afford minus cams. I am wandering who and where one should go to for a CAI these days. Back when I bought mine AEM was hot and
Place Racing. I'm pretty sure Place isn't producing CAI anymore but I fugured you guys could get me some names to places to buy from.
Thanks for any info in advance
Darren

high port intake are hard to find new... CAI or WAI.

AEM does not even list a CAI of the highports on their website anymore. AEMs can be found on ebay every once in a while though.

Hotshot is out of buisness and so is Place Racing afaik. if you are not getting cams go with the AEM, good build quality.

JWT does still sell the POP charger intakes if you want to keep it real simple.

UR to make a new batch.

if you can find a lowport intake on ebay or somewhere, it will fit the highport. you just need to cut like 3 inches off of one of the pipes. i think knuckleduster did a write up about it. im running a place racing intake on mine.

i have some e-bay ass short ram intake...would a place racing CAI make enough of a difference for me to get one? i might be able to get a POP charger as well so would that combo make a noticeable difference?
