I was wondering also about hub bore and offset. According to the label, these Boosts are for a hub bore of 67.1mm and have an offset of 40, right?

You got it right. The bore is fine. You will most likely run into clearance issues with the strut in the rear. I had 15x7 67.1 +40 and I needed a 5mm spacer in the rear.
