205/50R16 Tires on a Classic?

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking at some 16x7 rims that have nice tires already on them. They're 205/50's though and was wondering if they'll fit in my 94 B13. Right now, the suspension is stock, but I plan on lowering in the future with some coilovers.

What do you think? will 50's be fine? Even after lowering?

Thanks!

P.S. I did a search and didn't find much on my specific concern.

i think it will be too tall. some people have used 205/45/16 with no problem. it depends on your offset of the wheels too.

Yeah, I'm passing on the tires and shopping for 45's. Thanks for that.

They fit! I'm running Enkies with a 45+ offset. I have 205-50-16 on the rims. Had to run a small spacer in the rear and nothing on the front.

BTW: Im running Eibach springs as well.
