have you checked to see if your fuel filter is clogged? when you turn the key do you hear the pump working?(you might be able to hear it if you in a somewhat quiet place) i think there is also a fuel pump fuse...kind of a no-brainer, but have you checked that?

just did a swap and had fuel problems.(b13 also)

first probe it see if it get power at the wires at the back fuel pump the 2 plug that has 2 wires black/red.if u get no power run a power line straight.second u can take off the fuel send line by the pump put key in on ignition and see if i starts to squirt gas. if not you take out fuel pump and see if the little filter is still on if not that will cause no fuel delivery.. through out this you should be able to hear if the fuel pump is working or not.

I had problems with my ECU not sending the signal to the fuel pump and therefore the fuel pump was not pumping any gas. Just something else you can check...
