need help with nx 1600 cluster

how do i hook this up to my b13...two of the plugs, plugs and play, but there's one that dosent fit...do i just wired it to the harness or just let it hang there...thanks...

I did this swap on my XE 4 door. I promise you that there is nothing plug and play about that cluster. the plugs may fit but the wires are different. I tried just pluging mine in too at first, but when I turned the key forward to check if it worked the cluster started smoking. so I had to rewire the plugs for it to work in my car. all in all it took me about 12-14 hours between two days to get it right, and Im good with electronics and wiring.

i want to do this too, but i'm a real big newbie, where is the "speed pinion" located at in the nx1600...please help me out too...thanks..

the speed pinion is located on the tranny.

you should really go by the wiring diagram they have here. i installed two of these already and you can fit a plug but they wiring pins are not the same.
