Hey just wanted to know if I ran a set up of Ground Control coilovers and AGX struts and I want to have 16 inch wheels (16/7) what offset can I run? Anyone have this combo, I'm sure that somebody does. I realize that offset questions have been beatin to death but I havent really seen anyone with this combo give a straight answer. I really don't want to have to roll the fenders or put spacers on or anything unless absolutely necessary. If there is a way to have this combo without any mods that would be great!! just need to know the perfect offset??I never thought it would be such a problem, just to put new wheels on my car?? thanks guys for the help!! searching for the perfect offset.........
Thanks worldcrafter for the info. And to Slartibartfast, I did use the search button, as I always do before I post a question. If you can find a post that has the same variables that I have set, show me...............if not ,then KMA...........just a side note to all who like to flame people for posting a question that may have been covered before, lighten up!! this is a forum, its suppose to help people not chastise them for having a question...Geez

A word to you my friend... Please know who your talking too! Bruce is a very WELL respected individual in our community. I don't think you would want to start this way.
Edit:
Amazing... I did one search and found this thread.
The guy has the same setup as yours (GC, AGX, and 16's)!!!! What a concept!!!!!
But he opted to go with 17's. I would have sent this guy a PM and asked him what offset his 16's are!
1slickser, let me say something regarding your comment on the search issue. I find it a waste of time for everyone if a repeatedly asked question keeps coming up. This site has probably seen any and all kinds of questions that have been asked over the years. There is hardly an instance where you may not be able to find something that has not been addressed before. Therefore, many members who have spent some time here will first recommend using the search person to any newbie who asks something that has been asked and been answered more times than need be.
Searching is very advantageous. You type a few words, press enter, and voila, you have threads upon threads that you can read to get to the result you need. It is the most efficient and the fastest means of getting your questions answered. You get all that without getting flamed. The reason for those flames is due to the frustration older members have that newbies don't search and clutter the forum with their newbie threads.
So as one member to another, please search.
This will be the last I speak of searching. No more of this search prescription from me. Some folks seem to be having a problem with me being right about what I am saying all the time.

Nice try Nismo91, the thread example you gave gives the offset for 17's.....and as i stated before I always search before i post, maybe I overlooked a thread that had the info I needed, my mistake, I still don't understand the whole "we been on this forum for years and have heard it all and now we want to direct everybody to the search button" come on, the damn forum would die if all we did was use the search button and not ask questions. So flame me if ya want, but i'll keep postin.........next you old guys will be tellin me how you walked 20 miles in the snow to school barefoot and sh*t like that......nah ,you'd just direct me to the search button to look up "snow".
You will be able to run the stock offset as your stock rims. However, you will not be able to run 16x7.5" wheels unless you change the offset. I honestly cant remember what my offset is, but its def. different than stock and its an alingment nightmare(sp). I want to say my offset is 32mm, i cant really check *** i dont have them on my car right now, and i dont have my car on campus. I say go with 16x7" though.
P.S. I also hace KYB AGX's as well gas GC Coil Overs...good luck
