What options do you have?

My '92 with no ABS or sunroof weighs right at 2600lbs, but I have an Autopower cage which checks in at ~100lbs.

My '91 weighs 2484 with no AC, Sunroof, ABS, or radio. This is also bone stock. Not even a K&N filter or anything.

Only options i have are sunroof, abs and power mirrors...no a/c or anything else but i did have a subwoofer and amp, and spare. Other than that my car is heavier by a lot compared to others.

I corner weighed my '96 today, and with a full tank of gas and all the B14 options minus ABS, it weighs 2538. This also includes an amp and crossover that can't be easily removed. I was also able to get the cross weights at 50.3% left front to right rear with me in the car.

Thats weird ***, you have all the options and you manage to still be over 100lbs less...And the fact that mine is a b13 which i thought was a good 100lbs lighter in the first place. Unless the turbo system adds that much more weight, but i still run the top mount, and the manifold and turbo are about 40lbs more. Well in any case some of the weight has to go, cause 2684 is heavy when a civic ex coupe weighs in at 2350 minus spare and seat and a heavier engine.

IIRC, 200sx SE-Rs weighed a good 100-200 lbs *less* than their B13 counterparts.

I believe the multilink beam that everyone seems to love/hate has the most to do with this.

We also weighed a Civic Si (2000 model) and it weighed 2513. He was almost empty, so it looks like the Si and the B14 weigh almost the same.

My '92 SE-R with power moonroof, 1/4 tank gas, no backseat, and A/C removed weighed in at 2417 lbs at the Bremerton NT. In Street Mod trim, I figure I can remove about another 80 lbs by going with a carbon fiber hood, westco battery, and a pair of racing seats.

My '93 SE-R with a 1/4-tank of gas, Corbeau seats, sunroof, AC, no floor mats, no spare and jack, weighed 2,660 with me (195 lbs) in it. This was in "DSP trim" at this year's Solo II nationals.

I haven't weighed the '91 yet, but I'm hoping for something under 2,550 w. driver.

My 91 SE-R with power mirrors, sunroof, no ABS and around 1/4-3/8 tank of gas weighed 2590lbs and 2740lb with driver. I though my car was alittle to heavy also.

At 2740, add full tank, turbo and misc stuff no a/c than my weight sounds inline with yours but serban, autoxer7 and pats cars seems lighter than ours by a good 100lbs. Back seats are really nothing maybe the spare and jack add to bout 40lbs. So whats the secret guys? Other than that where do you guys get the Addco rsb from and what price?

My 92 Classic with only Air and Cruise with almost no gas and 11# aftermarket wheels weighs in at 2427. Using the SCCA scales at the Atwater Pro.
