wondering if I got a good deal

My powersteering pump went out on my se-r, so I took it up to a mechanic that I know and he is replacing it with a brand new one with new hoses and labor for $389.60. Does this sound like a good deal for all of that?

It is because the pump is a PITA to reach. The parts are not expensive compared to other parts but it is very tight there. Besides this time next year the money spent will not matter. Hopefully you will get another 10 years out of this pump.
Hell a decent Camcorder costs that much and it will be obsolete in the next two to three years.
