i dont really know but my cussin has pretty cool dampers.. The Advance Designs which are shortened koni struts on adjustable ERS with GC camber caster plates. going for about 2g's for all..
Seomthing with at least a 300/200 spring rate with Koni's. As good as it gets, really. I am personally using Ground Controls 300/200 with Koni Red's shortened and installed into stock housings by Steve (98sr20ve on the forum).

Best suspension for what? Autocross, daily driver, drag racing?
Yeah, I'm a newbie too. However, I read, and read, and read, and read. Then I search some more, and read, and read, and read. Then I ask questions.
My wife is gonna shoot me if I spend any more time READING and RESEARCHING on this forum. Spent a month or so, 20-30 hours I guess, before deciding on my suspension. Got everything on order, last thing is to call Steve (NOT Millen) in January or February when I have cash in hand.
Keep in mind my requirements: 1) 95% street driven and my daily driver 2) Gonna go autocrossing soon, just met up with some Honda boys that do it locally. This spring should be a good time to spank Honda butt.
Here's my set-up to be installed in February or March:
1) Hyperco springs (at my house, they're soooo pretty)
2) AGX, a little less expensive than shortened Koni's, and probably more suspension than I'll ever need.
3) FSTB (edited, go with the 3P-FSTB from AD Fabrication. LOL).
4) RSTB (I got the second to last one from Advanced, but GB soon?).
5) Koni bumpstops. (What's another $68.00 for the best bumpstops).
6) New OEM boots, buying two sets of front boots because they come without the bumpstops built in. The Koni's are far better and more progressive, so I'm using the Koni's.
7) New OEM perches (whatever you call the spot on the shock tower that the strut actually attaches to).
8) ES bushings. (Willing to sacrifice a little NVH for the precision. Already did the Prothane engine and tranny mounts, actually like the extra NVH!)
9) Rear sway bar (Progress make the best bar without question. Andjustable and hiem link ends for no binding)
10) B-14 wheels with sticky-ass rubber.
Uuh...I think that's it. Should be lots of fun for fast street driving, tolerable on nasty-ass Houston roads (really sh*tty, no kidding), and perform pretty damn well on the planned autocrossing.
I also think this will be the most cost-effective, price vs. performance, for my particular needs.
Anybody that disagrees can feel free to correct me or offer other input. I am ignorant as a mofo, and stealing/borrowing all of ya'lls (ya'll is correct English in Texas) ideas. Everything listed above is straight from this forum, I sure didn't think it up.
Glad to hear you approve! I am always open to suggestions, and realize the limited extent of my automotive knowledge. I don't want to make expensive, time-consuming, mistakes and have to re-do later. That's why I like this forum so much...I can learn from everyone else's goof ups. I can't afford to blaze a new trail.
i would say the d2 coilover kit its about 900 shipped and u get to chose your spring rate, two extra springs,36 way adjustibility for that price i would go with that..
looks like Shawn has laid out one killer list for riddin' on rails. that setup should keep any street driver happy, even a good handful of auto X's.
right now i'm looking in the direction of Progress for the best overall suspension setup... new track tested coilovers, great swaybars and control arm brace.
GroundControl camber plates are a must, need to throw that in. i've been reading about adding wheel spacers for a wider track which equalls better handling, H&R looks like it has the best spacer setups.
i'll get back to you when i think of something else.

These are pretty stiff, and some people have concerns about their vitality in this market. Some of the more serious heads are concerned about not only itnitial (the jury is divided on this one also) maintaining/rebuilding/warranty etc..
Shawn B: Your list looks a lot like mine did. I re-used my front dust boots nicely the rears were shot, and I ghetto-fabbed them up. I cut stock bump stops when I ran out of $$. The only thing not on your list I replaced were the 'thrust bearings' in the top front strut stacks. These will come apart again eventually to throw the Koni bumpstops in. Probably when I finally throw in the ES control arm bushings, and new ball joints. They are sitting in my basement.
I am not sure what the hell a "thrust bearing" is, but I will search this forum till I find out.... As you can tell, I want to do the suspension once, and have it be done and done right. I have enough money to do it right, but not enough to piss away re-doing things!
BTW, my boots are completely shot, some members don't use boots, any thoughts on that?
Thrust bearings...hmmm...sounds sexual in nature....
I've successfully reused the thrust bearings on any car I've done a suspension on with no ill effects. In fact, on my dad's Maxima they used to make noise....but after cleaning them thoroughly and regreasing them, they are quiet. Going on a month an almost 4,000 miles. Yes, he really does drive that much.
The thrust bearing is part of the front strut setup, so that the struts can rotate easily with the steering wheel. They aren't expensive, so I suppose it can't be too painful to purchase, but just saying....reusing them isn't harmful either.
For the boots, well....I just don't use them because they don't fit under the tiny coilover springs. If I had regular drop springs, I would have sprung for new boots.
ground control coil overs
koni shocks
progress sway bars
stillen strut bar
ground control camber plates
energy suspenison bushings?
this car will be for mostly street, some autoX. it will NOT be my daily driver. also, the roads in colorado suck ass. unless you go up to the mountians. i love curves

I don't have the ES bushings or Koni bumpers yet. I do wish this whip had come like this from factory. The suspension is so good now, I have trouble seeing room for improvement. For me STB's are next though naturally.
Thrust bearings are $24 on the link you sent me Chris. After dropping $600 plus its like whatever. Replacing them did eliminate a persistent noise I had in my fronts, and never could pin down.
My front boots were fine. I used the long part of a house cleaning dishwashing glove that goes over your fore-arm, and some electrical tape to 'make' new ones for the rear.
A lower chassis brace can make a phenominal difference. I was surprised at the results when I made one for my B13. Had to re-learn how to autocross it, and all my tire pressures had to be changed. Makes the front end MUCH more solid. The STB diffference was noticeable, but minimal effect:
