'95-'97 will have LSD.

B14 trannies usually get put on B13s as a low-hassle way to fix 5th-gear popout.

From what I heard b13 trannies have a stronger LSD. I have a b13 tranny in my b14. A low-hassle way to get LSD in a non-lsd b14

Do you have to modify a b14 tranny to fit a b13?

Nope but you do have to modify it the other way around. B14 have a crank sensor.
