NEW!! Custom Steel T25/T28 Turbo Fittings!!! (special intro price)

NEW from Custom Steel!!

Oil and Water Fittings for T25/T28 Turbo Units, Now including the GT25/GT28 series of turbos....

Dont be fooled by other companies *claiming* to have oil and water fitting kits, with these fittings you will be able to hook up your T25 or T28 turbo to ANY sr20de block! Comes complete with everything you see there, plus washers and lock washers for the oil drain fitting. We recomend finding a gasket for the oil drain fitting, but im sure RTV will suffice as this junction is not under pressure.

All you need to do is source an oil feed (Check out the Custom Steel Oil disribution block), tap the block for the oil drain, and find appropriate water feed and return sources (those Custom Steel water adapters make a great choice for that too).

Then grab 5 feet of -4 an hose, 5 feet of -6an hose, appropriate -4an and -6an hose ends and installing your turbo unit will be as easy as Paris Hilton with a video camera. No crappy rubber hose and clamps, but dedicated AN fittings to ensure a leak free seal.

These fittings have been meticulously sourced for thier ease of installation, color coordination (blue for water), the PIMP factor, and are finally available in one convenient package. Here are some important specs..

Water inlet/outlet fitting -6an
Oil inlet -4an
Oil outlet -6an

We currently are not gonna provide hose or hose ends as that is up to the individual and their personal preference. We do, how ever recomend buying all your hose and hose ends thru Race Part Solutions they carry the complete line of Fragola fittings.

I also recomend to shield all hoses coming in and out of the turbo from the excessive heat generated by the turbo with thermo sleves, also available thru Race Part Solutions for piece of mind.

This is what it looks like on a T25...sorry bout the crappy picture.

UPDATE: I am now only suppling the oil drain fitting as a 1/2" hose barb, no more AN fittings on that one. This is for space reasons.

Will these fit on a GT28RS or GT2871R?

I do believe all the fittings with the exception of the oil drain might work, but im not 100% on that since I dont have that particular turbo to test fit on.

I do know the oil drain wont fit, i need to modify that one for it to bolt up correctly.

The oil drain flange bolt holes will need to be notched for the GT28RS (and I would assume the 2871R as well). Everything else will fit.

this price vs a GB price wouldnt be much different unless there were 20 or so in the GB, Im just introducing this at a better deal than youll find later on, plus it keep the hassle of getting X number of people committed right now.

Rob: the GT oil drain is different than the T25 oil drain flange. Ive got them both as seperate units, you can modify the T25 to fit the GT, but I dont know about the other way around...Im sure its possible but you the get way close to the edge of the flange if you modify the GT oil drain to fit the T25.

Side note, Ive got a new fitting coming my way, it will bolt into the oil drain flange but instead of being straight out, kicks it to 45* I believe its a swivel but wont know for sure until I get it in. For those of you that ordered Ill let you have your choice on this piece or the straight one, ill post photos when I get them in.

Jim: the water fittings alone are $45 shipped, sorry but those are the most expensive part of the setup.
