Custom Steel - 6an Hardline Adapters

Yep, you got it, after loads of searching and numerous calls I finally found the correct application for our cars. These attach directly to the hardlines on our cars, well any hardline thats 8mm that is, and converts it to a 6an fitting.

So now you can have that ultra clean setup that youve always wanted with your fuel lines. No more using a clamp on those expensive SS fuel lines. I figure, youll need about 5 of these for a complete install. One for each hardline on the body, one for the FPR and two for the fuel filter.

These should be considered a permanent installation as the bite ring does its job and bites into the steel line providing the seal.

Its an all steel compression type fitting, complete with the nut, bite ring, and fitting. When put together, this thing will easily withstand 2,500 psi no problem, so those of you worried that it will leak, dont fret. Ive personally tested these out on a fuel filter with vacuum applied, no leakage here.

The bite ring is the only thing you need to replace if you choose to take these off and put them on something else, say you replace the fuel filter and move the fitting from the old one to the new one. Ill also sell the bite rings seperately as well.
You do have to cut off the barb that is on the stock lines to install these. A really, really, really small tubing cutter will allow you to get into those hard to reach places.

Just like installing them on the Fuel Filter, you can also install this on the FPR, granted, you need an FPR with enough straight section for these to clamp on to...

Okay, the bad news...they are expensive...$20 each, or 5 for $90 plus shipping. Ive got a handful in stock so place your orders now.

Ill take one or two or three at $20 each plus shipping.

Hell, give me a set of 5 plus shipping.

$4 each for additional bite rings.

Awsome stuff Pat, I have been thinking about this for some time. Glad we now have a reliable way to connect braided ss lines to the hardlines in the car.
