Hey Man this would be a great thing to put out. Seeing as nobody makes a bolt up rear camber kit. Also would be handy as the Cusco rear plates need to be shaved to fit the b13 and they are not compatible with the Progress coilovers.
BUMP FOR RENEWED Interest.

Yeah Dude I'm in too. Just make sure they are quality as I would need them for a race track environment. Most likely I'm going to go with a progress coilover setup so something that would work flawlessly with the progress coilovers would be great.
Personally for me I'd like something that does not need any cutting to the cars sheet metal. Top mount or bottom mount does not matter. Whatever works best.
I'd say if you got your hands on some Ground control camber plates or the cusco back plates it would be a great way to the brainstorming started.

Well, two ways to approach this, aluminium or steel. Either way, ill need to get a poll on how you guys are mounting the top plates (stock/aftermarket), or at least some reference photos of what you currently have.
basically, people shave the cusco front plates to fit in the rear. That gives you an idea. The issue is people will have to cut the tower a bit to get the adjustments
I do believe CUsco makes a pulsar gti-R rear plate. Dunno if its adjustable or not. GOing to research.
I checked on a cusco catalog. There is a rear plate listed. Adjustable and non adjustable.
Here are the part numbers.
212 420 A, 212 421 AS.
I believe the 420A is the adjustable model.
So I'm guessing the adjustable rear plate would be a good item to work off of.
I ran the same Cusco rear adjustable camber plates on my NX; and yes the plates do need to be shaved to fit the B13 strut tower. In my opinion, they work really well and my NX gained about an inch of height in the rear, which is what I was looking for. I found my NX to perform much better at near stock ride height, I did not enjoy my NX when it was dropped to the ground like everyone else.

man, if the cusco plates work with little modification, Honesly I would just go with them. ITs going to be tough to beat that $200ish price for the cusco plates.
www.japanparts.com is the website I goto for hard to find parts such as the Cusco plates. They usually have them in stock brand new; on a good day depending on how the exchange rate is, you can get them for under $200. They have great customer service and nice incentives if you become a member!
I'll see if I can get some pics some time. Basically you redrill the studs 90 degrees out and cut off one edge to clear the inner strut tower. Without notching up top I think you can gain about a degree or so of negative camber.
OTOH, you could always slot the strut or use the Ingalls adustable lower links to easily dial in toe/camber.

P.S. Sorry P@ if I'm stepping on your toes here, but if you're gonna pass on this project, I have a couple of sets of FIXED offset negative camber adding rear pillowball mounts lying around waiting to be assembled. I think they're about a -1.5 ish camber change. I built a small run to fill a custom order for someone AFTER installing the modified Cuscos in my car...
I think it was the pillowball mount along with the camber that people were intersted in. I have been looking for rear plates for my Hpyerco Gen2/AGX setup on the daily.
