Nice work buddy, A few of us in the UK having been thinking of getting rid of the PS on our GTIR's, But have been unable to find a manual rack as yet.

This product of yours is very interesting.

Wow. I just noticed this thread. Looks like a very nice setup. I'd be interested in purchasing a PS eliminator kit if you'll have any available in a month or so.

Also, to the purposed idea of having everything running on one belt. Correct me if I'm wrong but suppose you do move the alt. to align with the inner pully, wouldn't that under drive the crap out of it. Just a thought.

Why not make a spacer for the water pump pulley to move it outward?

you seriously think youd have enough room to even bolt it on with a spacer?

This is on a G20 frame....

I highly doubt youll be able to bolt on a spacer, then the WP pulley. If your thinking of using the alternator to tension this, the belt probably will interfer with the motor mount too.

i tried fitting the pulley like this on my b13 and it doesn't fit. it hits the frame. won't work...

it's going to be a minute before you can get these, you may want to start contacting Greg V for the Custom steel stuff since he's becoming "the " CS retailer.
