Im not sure if this is something that you would/could even do, but I dont know who else to ask about it. Ive only seen them for newer cars, although they seem to be getting more popular all the time. Greddy makes them for the B15 Sentra, but ofcourse no one makes them for the late model Sentra/200SX. I think they're usually made out of aluminum or titanium (dunno if you deal with either of those metals). if you're not sure what im talking about, here's a few examples...
