master cylinder, Hydralic line, clutch pedal etc...me thinks we could just source these for our B13s and B14s as well as the SPEC V Parts..

I forgot the brand but whichever ones Keystone carries, the brand in Autozone. The axles are three pronged with bearings, the axle ends just slip right on and off at an angle. You know you have one of these axles, when on the car your pullin on the axle end at an extreme angle and when you straighten it wont go back in.

right well i have a p11 so i wont need to source those parts.. my question is the fact that andreas says if you have a non p11 you need to custom make brackets and mounts but i am unclear about the p11.... he says its easy so he wont even explain it, so i assume you can use the stock ones... but you know what happens when people assume...

If you don't mind...or even if you get a chance. Would you get a few pics of your clutch mc/reservoir and lines to the tranny. I want to see how to ORIENT set this up. I may just go with P11 parts for the clutch, MC and lines as well as pedal. At least it seems like another source to get parts for the B14.

As far as what Andreas was saying about the P11 mounts, I took it as needing some fab work on your tranny mounts too. If you saw my post earlier, I may get my buddy at www.karcepts.com involved, he has a complete fab machine shop with CAD programs and CNC machines that could whip these brackets/mounts out easy once we determine what we need. I don't think It'll be that hard once we "see it" how it lines up and what is need to complete the mounting work on the tranny side.

I am so happy to know that we may not have to worry about destroying third gear just north of 300 whp. with the Spec V tranny and have th eLSD option. Even some MAxima tranny's have LSD with the 6 speeds and its helical not viscous.

As my G20 (P10) has the dreaded 5th gear issue - this would be an interesting fix - and cost only a little more - but for an added gear and better ratios ... worth the extra - -- throws nickel in bucket - tomorrow I'll throw another -

On another note - there is a local salvage that deals with 280/300zx - but has other Nissan/Infinity cars - should have some the parts needed for this rather cheap (helps that he's friend)

Can someone make some mounts and then get them reproduced in CAD or something so we can get them machined? That would make things a ton easier and this swap would be more common.

How stable would a B13 be at 200+mph?

I know at 145mph on the track things start to get interesting... the front end gets light and steering doesn't respond like should... a.k.a. lift.

I'd be scared to think what our car, with a brick like aerodynamic, would do at 200mph

A b14 would be a bit better I think, hehe. My car saw 150mph on the stock suspension

Well it all depends on how the car is setup.

I have gone 8000 RPMs with a G20T gear box in a turbo B13 before 204/40/17 tires

I have also done many 8000 RPM runs in my blue SER with the SER box when it was on crack 225/40/16 tires

Here is what works well closed front grill, low stance and bumper lip. The non PS rack actually feels better at high speeds to.

Also if you remove those plastic under tray things under the rad the car does not like that.
