^^^ Very true, mine is 100% stock exterior wise. With a proper aero package, speeds above 150 should be fine. I'm also on the track where I'm passing, letting people by me at these speeds... alittle different than a quick sprint and then shutting it down. Also, going to threshold braking at these speeds is alittle interesting to say the least.

On track I'm close to factory height, lately have been on 225/55/15 hoosiers race tires, and the front grill is removed. Oh yeah, all the undertray plastic is gone . I have no idea what my speeds are with this setup, just that I'm on the tail of a well modded STI

I am doing the swap in a P10 first. Once I get the mounts made up, I will make another setup and probobly setup the transmission in a B13. Then I will make a set of brackets. Depending on how hard this is or time consuming, I may produce them for you B13/B14 guys and P10 guys. But this all depends on how much of a pain in the ass this is. If its hard, then it will cost. possibly $400-500 for the two mounts. the drivers trans mount in a B13/14, p10 is going to be a little crazy, for a P11/B15 it wont be that bad.

I am also curious about the p11 mounts and what, for instance, a B15 SE would have to do for this swap, other then the bellhousing.

Wow. I have had my beast with the speedo laying on the trip meter reset and then watch the tach climb from 7k to 7700rpms. I am curious as to what speed this is. This was on 195/50/15s

all that info has already been posted in this thread. I have RE-POSTED way too much info. the P11 will be the easiest because of these reasons.

P11 is already Hyd clutch,
P11 has a trans mount on the top, not the front like B13/P10
P11, the axles will fit right in like p10,
P11 the rear mount will be very close.

if that doesnt make sense, then you have a lot more reading to so.

this swap is not for the amateur. it is very involved and does require fabrication.

Just FYI not sure if anyone had mentioned this.

SSR is selling his B15 VE roadcar. While it did start out as a spec-v if you notice the mod list it is a VE with the 2002 Spec-v tranny. Interesting

Nice find. Did you guys read about the part where it says they used a primera bell housing? That takes care of one of the problems. If that is true, I would consider doing the 6spd swap. It's still going to cost a lot though, maybe later down the line

Here is what a spec V spindle with hub assembly and caliper looks like on a B13. Everything bolts right on.

the SPEC v gearsets and internals do swap right over into a 20v bellhousing. I will be taking pics when i get to that point. still waiting on bellhousings.

the next time someone asks " has anyone actually dont this yet" i'm going to go crazy. please read the whole thread. i answer way too many questions to people who are too lazy to read the thread. not trying to be a dick, just tired of answering the same question over and over.
