The plug I cut off the '01 Sentra auto trans speed sensor fit right into the speed sensor on the P11. I just cut the old '94 plug off and soldered the two wires onto the wires from the newer plug. Wrapped them with good tape and zip tied it.
The tach works fine so I guess the '94 doesn't get the rpm signal from the trans.
The cruise control hasn't worked on this car for a long time so do I need the neutral switch hooked up?
I'll look for a plug for the reverse lights and let you know what I find there.
A side note: I had a hard time finding the left driveaxle seal for this P11 with viscous limited slip. None of the parts places listed one for it. The dealer was no help either. He had one for a non slip box and couldn't find a part number for the limited slip one. He said he needed the VIN which I couldn't come up with since this trans came from a salvage yard and they couldn't give me the VIN from the car it came out of. I ended up going to a DACCO Transmission Parts store and they couldn't find a listing for that seal either. For the heck of it he went and pulled one for an auto trans and it matched the old one I had pulled out of the salvage yard trans (I didn't want to install the trans with the old seals). He said the OEM part # is 38342-31X02. He said the DACCO part # is 9915S. Just in case somebody else runs into this seal location problem.
Again, thanks a ton to all for the help in this transplant. I'm happy I found this info so we could keep this Classic SE-R racing hard on the autocrosses.

i have been reading and reading cant read anymore without going crazy. I am just going to ask, i have only seen the 6 speed question come up once. So what i am asking is, can i use a 6 speed tranny on my b13 nx2000. The reason i ask is because i can get a b15 ser spec v tranny for 130 with 30k on it, anyone know. i have searched many times and havent found anything. thanks everyone. please help!
The P11 with limited slip that I got from a junk yard came off a '01 Sentra with the vin of: 3n1bb51d71l107667. Just in case somebody finds a donar car with that vin sequence since the ...71.... wasn't listed on the earlier vin list. The registration for that car showed it as a '01 Sentra SSE.
