you would still need to change the plugs if doing a det swap though right? as the de plugs dont fit the det? also what about the injector resistors?

With this adapter plug, You just swap the sensors from your DE to the DET and use your stock harness. If you are using the GTI-R stock injectors you will have to wire in the resistors.

That depends on the harness you have in the car. You can use the stock b14 dist. with your stock harness, that's what I did before I went to an AEM and it worked fine with the Calum dual daughterboard b13 ecu. Gotta love Tyler Texas! I was there on the Shuttle recovery (Columbia) and Teasers was awesome!

so are you still making these? I have a P11 RR ecu and from what i am reading, i can buy an adapter and use a different ECU that is programmable by JWT or Calum, from say a B14 or B13? Would i loose any accessories on my car, or is this full function so i get to keep my climate control? I have a 2002 G20 sport btw.

I am still making these. I haven't heard any feedback from any of the P11/B15 owners that I've made the adapter for so as far as accessories and such, I can't say for sure. Try starting a thread in the technical corner and maybe a few of those guys will chime in.

I make these adapters so that you can run a B14 ECU with your P11 harness.

Well I sent about 11 wireharness plugs to Coalition about 9 months ago plus easy. The deal was he would supply an ECU plug make the harness adapter and send me one of these harness adapters out to me in exchange for the 11 plugs. He was having a shortage of the harness plugs and needed them and people were having a hard time getting them.

I lived up to my part of the deal and sent out the harness sides with 1 foot of harness as requested.

Anyway if I could get what was promised on his end I would be happy but I dont see it happening as I get no updates or Pms as everyone is.

I could supply these plugs all day long to suport the cause but he wont follow up on his promise.

I told you that I did not have any spare ECUs due to my ONLY spare being used as a result of a mistake. When I spoke with you OVER THE PHONE about this you didn't have a problem and said you'd send an ECU for your adapter since I was making yours for free. If you'd like, I can send you all of your plugs back because I haven't used a single one of them and don't plan on running out and buying a B14 ECU any time soon.

I'm really surprised at this post coming from you.

EDIT: By the way, you came out and offered to send these plugs to me on your own will. I never stated that there was a shortage. Let's not fabricate stories to give people a false impression of me and drag my name in the mud.

The deal was these plugs sent for free for a 0BD2 to OBD1 jumper plug. You were to supply the ECU.

You said that you messed up an ECU plug and if you find one you would ave it done. I said I will try and find one and if I do I would send one.

The point is a deal is a deal and you should live up to your part of the deal, I bet you have not even thought or tried o fix the problem or get something going.

The deal was that you came out and very kindly offered to send me a bunch of OBDI harness plugs. I asked you how much you wanted for them and you said nothing because you got them all the time with imported engines. I even offered to pay shipping and you were so kind as to pay for that as well. You asked if I would make you an adapter in return. I asked you to send an ECU and agreed to charge you nothing for the labor. You said that you'd look for one and send it out. I agreed to use the one spare ECU that I had in the meantime. You stated that I should take care of paying customers first and to take my time. Very soon after, a B14 ECU plug for a customer's adapter got messed up and I had to use the spare ECU. I spoke with you about this over the phone and it wasn't an issue. You stated that when you got a B14 ECU that you could do without, you'd send it. I stated that whenever I received it, I would make your adapter. I have not received it and no, I haven't bought any B14 ECUs because everyone that wants a plug sends me parts. I'm not sure where the communication breakdown was where you perceived that I stated that I would supply the ECU on top of the free labor.

You stated yourself that you get those plugs for free. You paid under $10 shipping. I would be out anywhere from $40-$100 for an ECU and 6-8 hours of my time in return. Doesn't seem like a fair deal. I already offered 6-8 hours of my time for free, I'm not going to throw extra cash on top of it.

To rectify the situation I will send your plugs back. Send me your address and I will get them out to you. I'm not buying an ECU to make a free adapter and it seems we can't agree as to what the deal was.
