note: for some reason, it is missing the rpm signal wire and i haven't been able to get it from the vendor. this wire is only needed if you want to use auto mode.
I need a turbo timer...what IS auto mode? So when you say "missing" that wire, does that mean there is just a connector that you could maybe splice a new one in or what? Where can I find info on this timer? Thanks
auto mode means it will "learn" your driving style, the rpm wire is used to determine this, like u have idled (less than 1000rpm) for 3 mins, it will shut the car down... like u will be only at the lights for 30 seconds and off u go again, so it wont shut the car down... usually we all dont use the auto mode...

you could probably find a way to hook up the rpm signal wire if you really wanted to use auto mode. but like nite-stalker posted, it's really not necessary. just cooling down for a fixed 2-3 minutes will be fine for most driving situations. you can find more info at www.hksusa.com under electronics. let me know. thanks.
