Not to promote my own threads or anything. =]

One of my main goals was to have a good map library on the forums. Hopefully this will turn into a good resource for others.

^I have a better idea. I've enabled attachments, so go back and attach the file to those pretty pictures.

VEMS isn't exactly like Calum's ECU or others where you upload/download maps as a file. It certainly can be done, but I believe all maps are done at once along with a few other things in one big file, and usually it's not the best way to go. That is why we share pictures. Also, the files would only be good for VEMS users, and the pictures make the information usable by everyone.

I'm sure the Calum guys and others will share files, it's just not the preferred method for VEMS users. We do share configuration files when we are troubleshooting, so we will take advantage of the file feature soon enough.

What about exporting to a text or CSV file?

Our maps / tables will export, and can be changed into a text file. The problem is, all maps, and all tables (5 or so tables, ranging from COP firing order, to warm-up enrichment values) get lumped into the one file. You can pick out the stuff you want, and I guess it's not that hard, but once again, it's no the preferred method, and the files won't be directly usable by anyone else.

I'll just do excel or text documents by hand later on instead. Or someone else can if they'd like. =]
