Matt I told you I could help you with setting just give me a ring. as for the disk Ben didn't you have on on a cad program already? If so how about we get a copy in to matts hands and see what he can do for use? O as for the base map I tried AEM's and had better luck with my own for a starting point.
I used AEM's base map and had to do a lot of adjustments for DFCO, warm up enrichment, idle and sensors and so on. It was a good start point though really. Do you have a copy of your base map to post for other AEM users since you did it seperate from the aem startup cal? It would be nice to see differences in the two to compare.

Yes, I do have one made up... It's not on any normal CAD program though, so I don't know if the file itself can be loaded by anything other than www.emachineshop.com software. Here's the picture of what I did:
As far as the dimensions go, I'd have to get those separate and post them if people are really interested. Also, I didn't have my stock CAS disc out when I did the design, so I'm not 100% confident in it. I could help Matt out with any dimensions as I have a spare disc lying around right now, but unless some program can read emachineshop files (other than their software of course) I don't know if my design will be able to be used.
If any of you want to go COP, use LS1 coils. There are multiple write ups on it on zilvia and nico IIRC. Also you can contact John at RPsport.net. If you are local to socal long beach area he can wire for you, or just point you in the right direction. He also cariies all the parts you need to convert to COP. He is going to do my COP conversion on my gtir motor and AEM.

Reason: change the web address to right one
While we're on the COP thing, I'd recommend the Honda CBR 600 units. I'm sure the LS1 units work great, but if you can get your hands on them cheaper than the LS1s, it might be worth considering. I run them, and they fit really well with minor modifications.
The LS1 are kinda large, but you are not gonna beat em for power. You need to attach them right off the side of the plug hole and rune wires down to the plug. Lemme see if I can find a pic.
Well, it looks like by using trailing edge versus leading edge, they are having success with using the stock dizzy wheel, according to the AEM web blog. Anyone find this to work, considering the various sized wheels and dizzy's out there?
Also, I can ask my source for a quote on wheels, but only if the work around is still a problem for everyone.
We use the same steel for lighting Gobo's, in moving lights.
I must have used thousands of these types of wheels over the years.
I'll get back to this thread later today, and see if the wheel is still an issue. Hopefully, the problem is solved and we all can use at least one style, of our stock dizzy wheels.

I believe there was some confusion as to who needs custom CAS discs. It turns out that when using AEM with a RWD engine, the stock CAS disc won't work, and AEM provides 50mm replacement discs for RWD cars. AEM's ECU is apprently completely happy with the FWD CAS discs (54mm or 50mm) so really anyone with a 54mm disc (FWD 1994 and earlier) shouldn't need a custom disc. This removes the need for any custom disc aside from what AEM provides I believe.

Now this sounds good but where did you source that info from?
