Fuel cutting out @ 4200RPMs

Quick specs:
255 Warlboro pump
Stock MAF
Stock Boost
Stock Injectors
No exhaust (running straight from Jpipe)
Emance Daughterboard install

I was doing the first start-up/test drive yesterday and the thing seems like it hits a rev limiter at 4200 RPM, whether it's free-revving in neutral or under load, going down the road. It builds 6-8psi of boost and idles right at 15" of vacuum (I'm up in Denver, so elevation is right around a mile high). I plugged in my diag. cable and was just watching some of the inputs/outputs and at 4200, the injector mls goes to .073. Also, when I go to set timing (disconnect the TPS at operating temp) my timing goes to 33-36 BTDC and I can only seem to pull the timing down to 18 BTDC by turning the dist. I don't think that all this would be caused by the incorrect A/F ratio that I'm sure the O2 sensor is seeing. I figure an ignition problem would be more prominent at a load, but it falls on it's face at the same RPM whether it's under load or not. So I guess I'm just seeing if anyone has some insight or has ran into the same problems. I'm a little worried about the tune I got sold because I did some homework after I bought it , and found that Jason's pretty hit or miss with the tunes/hardware.

Thanks in advance,
Kurt

Seeing as how no one had anything to say on the matter, I'll letcha' all know what happened...
The Speedo wasn't sending a proper signal to the ECM and since this thing was programmed with a launch control set at 4200 RPMs and wasn't seeing a speed signal above 2MPH, the computer assumed that it was still trying to launch. Hopefully this helps someone else out in the future and thanks for all your help guys!

yea, Kbraschler, ive found that not many people offer advice on here. you can search and find old threads from time to time that have helpful info, but anything ive posted in the past has never really gotten a reply. not much of a helpful audience out there, at least not currently. Ive had running issues for over a year now, still cant figure it out. lol.
