Final South FL Meet INFO!!!

Whats up SE-R peeps? We are a few days away from the meet. We got all the final details down.

The meet starts a 10am. DEC 29th At John U Lloyd State Park. Parking lot #5 (There will be a sign up so you do not miss the entrance Parking lot is like 2 miles from the park entrance)

7000 N Ocean Drive
Dania Beach , FL 33304

Plans for the day are to chill around and compare ideas and have a barbecue and a little raffle for various car items. People deciding to stay around til the evening we can go eat dinner at a local Hooters and watch some football. Later on that night we can ride out to a local import hangout and chill for the rest of the night. The idea for the hangout spot is to get there early and raid the place with all our Nissans. There is some street racing for those of you who are interested in that. Once we make it to the hangout spot our meet is complete.

Serban and I purchased all food and beverages for the meet. We are going to take "donations" just to make our money back. You are more than welcome to bring your own stuff if you want to. Raffle Tickets will be sold for $1.00 . Alcohol is not permitted in the park. So drink at your own risk. If you do decide to drink bring cans. We will be doing some driving so "WE" highly do not recomend drinking.

The park is not charging us to reserve our parking spot . All we have to pay is the park entrance fee. The fee is $2.00 for a car load of three people. Four or more people in a car with a limit of eight must pay $4.00 . The park personel are being very helpful in helping us with this meet. All they are asking is that we "DO NOT SPEED THROUGH THE PARK" If anyone is caught speeding in the park they will ask us all to leave and the meet will be ruined.

Well Se-r peeps we hope to see you all there. Lets have ourselves a badass meet! Thanks alot for being patient and being the main reason why we are having this meet. Lets bring the SE-R community in FL together before the end of 2001!

Hey All,

Who is driving to the meet on Saturday morning from Tampa? I know a few people expressed interest to drive down in a caravan to the meet. Whoever wants to go, where is a good place to meet on Saturday? I live 5 minutes from I-75 in Riverview. Please e-mail me at eramire1@tampabay.rr.com.

If my car is fixed Im going down.
If not then Im staying here. Odds are if nots finished by Friday night then sometime Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed.

98SERwTricks, SmoothDaddyFig, and anyone else interested in riding down to the meet Saturday morning.

The exit number is 48 (Gibsonton/Riverview exit). This exit is about 3 to 5 miles past the Brandon exit. Once you get off exit # 48, stay to the left (as the exit will split to the left and right). Go over the I-75 overpass and the next light will be 301 and Gibsonton drive. To the left you will see a Amoco gas station. We will meet there at 6 AM. Well guys I'm going to try like hell to go but I had some ill $hit come up and I dunno if I'll make it. As of right now I'm in but there's a possibility that could change.

Ok, here are some last minute directions for you guys in case you thought mapquest was too confusing.

For those of you coming from the west on 75, you need to get on the exit to 595 and go east until you get to 95, and head south.

::FOR EVERYONE COMING FROM THE NORTH::
Go south on 95 for a few miles and get off on Sheridan, go east until the road ends, and you will be at Ocean Drive, make a left and just go down until you reach the park.

For those of you coming from Miami, you will need to go north on 95 till you get to Sheridan

Once you get to the park, go about a mile and a half down the road till you reach Parking lot #5.

I hope my directions are clear enough, but if you're still having trouble, you can always call up me or Rob.

AAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! MY CAR IS IN LIMP MODE!!!! ME AND JAY ARE GOING TO TRY TO DO SOME SUPER DUPER FAST SWAPPING AT 9 TONIGHT!! IF NOT THEN.............. Its Saturn Time. Im going dwon no matter what. So Ed and 98tricks, I'll see you guys tomorrow morning.
