I don't know of any places close to your location.

Around here, I would check tamparacing.com and look in the Shops forum.

The only place that I can slightly recommend is S&R Performance because I personally know that at least one of the installers does really good work. As far as cheap, business is tight so you might be able to negotiate a good price.

There are a lot of people on the floridasr20's site that are in your area and might be able to make a recommendation.
