OK I will start here. I am not 100% sure what he has but I will get into it.
This car should run 1.6 60 Ft times with no problem this alone will move the time down to 10.5
The problem here is camber. First off lets figure out how much the car will rock back when it is going down the track. Let say that there is a 1 inch fender gap on the car when it sitting still so how much of a gap will there be on the launch and under full throttle down the track. Lets say 2 inch.
Most people setup their FWD car with 0 degree camber which is no good. What you want to do is set up the car with the top of the tires facing inwards, I think this is called negative camber. What you want to do is figure in how much the car will camber to be at back to 0 degree when under throttle. This will give you a full contact patch on the ground.

The next things I want to see is a dyno grapgh of the car.
Also I want to know where you are in 4 th gear when you go past the finsh line or do you have to shift to 5th gear.
i would show a dyno graph but i have never dynoed it...this is just track tuned,lol..and i'm still in 4th going thru the trap..
sounds like a good idea though with the camber.
Do you have in Control Arm and Suspension Bushing kit.
Do you have F traction bars, If so I dont like them. I did 1.7 sec runns on my street car on NOS out the hole without these and on the race car. 1.5 sec 60 fts with out the traction bar thing I dont like them .
Also if this is a race car only check the angle of your axles when the car is sitting still tell me if they are straigh and or is the hub side higher than the tranny side. Got a great solution to get them straight.

These 2 are very important. If I know this you are going to be the man.
I would love to know where you power peak is and I will be able to recomend something.
Also, what RPM do you think you are at when you hit the 1/4 mile
Did you posted up the vid.I realy want to see it.I want to show it to one of my Honda boys who don't believe cause we saw your car in CT and he think it's not capable of running that.

oh well,i can give 2 sh*ts what a honda boy thinks,lol.....i don't have any video posted of the recent runs but just look at the one from last year in my sig...
just got back from a long day at the track, made some progress in the traction dept today in lower boost levels(22-24 psi)
1st pass off trailer was 11.3@125
2nd pass was 11.10@132
3rd was 10.97@133
4th was 10.83@132
5th pass 10.73@137.26 (GOTTA LOVE IT)
6th pass 10.86@135...
car was coming out good but still spinning up top in 4th but not as bad as usual with the upgrades we did....and yes i have a video but have no clue on how to post it or even download it to my computer...
It seems you are getting front end lift on the car if you are spinning the tires in 4th gear. With the size of the slicks you have and the HP level you are at that should not happen. I sujest a front spoiler to stop some wind from going under the car and maybe a reverse good vent.
Also what tire presure are you running at. We usually run 8-10 depending on the power we had.
i just tubed and studded my slick so they don't spin on my rims any more and a friend of mine got me to come out on the 2 step finally...so the car came out of the hole like an animal....i would have gone alot better but some 800whp lexus grenated his motor and shut the track down for an hour so i ran out of time.....i was raising the boost a little at a time until i lost total traction....i've had this setup over 30psi a few times already but it was rediculous with no traction but now i think i can get it down the track...i ended the day at about 24 psi still spinning in 4th.

we already made a spoiler for it but we decided not to use it until we see how changes we made recently worked.maybe next time i'll try it out...and i was @4psi in the slicks....anything else was useless....it was scary but i got it done...
not to jump off topic. but that blue one near you blew up? man that sucks and killer times fred
